MANGO, the fashionable Spain-based brand/retailer will be partnering up with major department store chain JC Penney to release a more affordable line, MNG by Mango in-stores across the USA in fall 2010.
I find the prices already pretty reasonable compared to alot of other stores, so this line must be wicked-awesome affordable. Word up.

I was a Black Friday virgin.
Until last week - a grip of us decided to head south to Seattle for some retail therapy. After shopping non-stop from 4am until 9pm that evening (and then more the next day), I was officially de-flowered.
On a weird tip however, while walking around the Westlake shopping area, we came across a herd of "protestors" chanting "Buy More Stuff." We weren't sure whether or not they were trying to give off some weird reverse-psychology crap (and if that were the case, Black Friday was definitely the wrong day to do it), or whether they really meant what they were saying.
So I took a picture of it, noting to myself to google this and figure out what it all meant.
Turns out, buymorestuff.org really wants you to spend. Opposing the "Buy Nothing Day" claims, they want consumers to keep consumer-ing (is that a real word?) to help boost the economy during these rough times.
Buy More Stuff? I sure will!
